Mother-Brazil invites me into wild awakenings in the day, and deep, unwinding sleep in the nights. It feels like I am recovering a forgotten rhythm between day and night in which they infuse and ‘marry’ each other without forgetting themselves. Maybe this is the meaning of ‘not one, not two’. I welcome this in the heart of my life.I am already sad to be leaving Curitiba in just a few days, heading to Sao Paulo for my final teaching engagement. Then it is back to Boulder, CO. I have fallen more deeply in-love with the fruits of this country– literally and symbolically. Tonight’s dinner is a tomato-looking, melt in your mouth, fruit called Kaki(?) They say it is destined to illuminate the root chakra and support grounding in ease of being.
With much love,
